Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This refund will be to the original payment method. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, etc.). Opened, used, or damaged items may not be returned. For discretionary returns, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you received free shipping, the original cost of shipping may be withheld from the return amount.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Square Sinks ships throughout the continental U.S. via FedEx. We do not ship internationally, and do not offer shipping to Hawaii or Alaska online. (Please call us directly at (503) 908-1818 to inquire about shipping to HI & AK)
Most orders are shipped by the business day after the order is placed. Most items ship FedEx Ground, 2-3 day delivery time.
